We can’t honestly promise they won’t happen here. Life isn’t like that. But we can and we do promise to do our absolute best to put them right as fast as we possibly can.

The commonest problem is a download that doesn’t come through. Most times the reason is a bit of congestion on the net, servers overloaded, something has to give... try again next day and it will probably work perfectly.

Occasionally it’s because the file on our server has got corrupted somehow. It happens. Once we know about it we’ll re-upload the file and everything will be OK. But until somebody tells us there’s a problem we won’t know - it just isn’t possible to check the status of every download several times every day.

Very occasionally we get a download problem that is more difficult to solve. Some combination of browser and security settings and firewall and proxy and etc. means that things just won’t work the way they should. When it’s that bad, there are a few alternative ways to get even very large files to people who’ve paid for them. We’ll use them, even if it costs us. We will never, never, leave a customer angry because he hasn’t got what he paid for.
