DOWNLOADING YOUR FILES

When you complete a purchase you will see a screen showing your download details at the bottom. You will see the name(s) of your download(s) - that’s things like CV 001 etc. - the expiry date of your download period, and the number of remaining downloads. At present, these are set to 7 days and 5 downloads at the start.

The download name at the left of the ‘Download Links’ box is the link you want. Right-click it to get the usual “Save link as...” option (name may differ in different browsers). Left-clicking will usually give an option to stream a video for immediate playback. This is NOT a good idea, please do not attempt to stream Convolvulus videos. Save them to your computer instead!

You will receive an ‘Order Process’ email giving details of your purchase and containing a link to the full order information, including the download link(s). That’s your way back after the order confirmation - but please note that you will need the email address and password you gave in order to access it! You can also use “My Account” in the OSCommerce shopping cart.

Please note that many of our downoad files are large (or very large!)

That means long download times unless you have a good fast connection, and big demands on your storage space. Fortunately these days you can buy a 300GB or so external drive for not very much - and one of those will hold an awful lot of videos!
