Convolvulus ELITE videos are made for the Convolvulus members’ paysite. Members get six new videos a month, plus access to the previous forty-four. The videos appear here in the SHOP no less than six months after their original release.
The ELITE name goes back to a time when we also had a “PREMIUM” website featuring PREMIUM versions of our videos and photo galleries reduced in size / length / resolution for people stuck with dial-up internet connections, limited storage capacity, etc.. The PREMIUM name has gone but at this time removing the ELITE name as well would cause too many problems, so it’s staying.
Convolvulus ELITE photo galleries are made for the Convolvulus members’ paysite. Members get two new galleries a month, plus access to all previous galleries (forty-five at time of writing). When we get to gallery no.50 we will start removing old galleries from the website. The galleries appear here in the SHOP no less than six months after their original release.
OTHER videos include Video Extras, which generally are bits of video which for one reason or another won’t work under the ELITE name. They first appear as “bonus” material on the paysite, and may appear on the SHOP at any time after that.
Convolvulus Second Unit photos and videos are “Behind The Fly On The Scene” material shot by an assistant while harper is doing the tying and untying during a shoot. The C2U videos usually have a lot of talking with harper explaining tying techniques, and sometimes general chat with the model. C2U photos tend to concentrate on detail of tying, but also produce some of our most striking images. On the other hand, we don’t spend time setting up special lighting etc. for C2U, and we make do with what’s there already. Also, the photos have the bare minimum of processing once they come off the camera.
